Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Kleervox. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. Your first successful sign-in creates your account; later sign-ins access the same account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Each account has a single role (user or admin) and must comply with these terms to remain active.

Plans and usage

The Free plan includes up to one hour of noise cancellation per day, measured in your account’s timezone and resetting at local midnight. When the daily limit is reached, the app continues to pass your microphone through without cancellation until the next reset.

The Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription with unlimited daily usage. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and at checkout, and may include a free trial as described there.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and billed monthly in advance. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. We do not store full card numbers — Stripe handles your payment details.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for details on what happens when you cancel.

Licence to use the app

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Kleervox app on devices you control, for your own calls. This licence lasts while you comply with these terms.

Kleervox — including the app, website, design, and brand — is our proprietary property and is not open source. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense it, and you may not reverse engineer it to circumvent plan limits or extract its proprietary components. The third-party noise-cancellation model and runtime we bundle remain under their own open-source licences, noted in the app’s notices.

Your audio and privacy

Noise cancellation and echo cancellation run entirely on your device. Your microphone audio, recordings, and the cleaned output are never uploaded to or received by us. You retain all rights to your audio.

The limited account data we do handle (for sign-in, usage limits, and billing) is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Third-party services

Kleervox relies on third parties you interact with under their own terms: Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and the call apps (such as Zoom, Meet, Teams, or Discord) you route the virtual microphone into. We are not responsible for those services or their availability.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no reverse engineering for the purpose of circumventing plan limits, no unauthorized access to other accounts, and no use that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms.

Service provided “as is”

Kleervox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Audio quality and noise-reduction results depend on your hardware and environment.

Termination

You may stop using Kleervox at any time, cancel your subscription from your dashboard, and request deletion of your account by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or where required to comply with the law. When access ends, your licence to use the app ends, but the sections on ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
