The full rules are below.

How it works

Sign in and open your dashboard to find your personal invite link. Share it with friends, colleagues or your audience.

When someone opens your link and creates a new Kleervox account, they are linked to you as your referral. Only new accounts count: someone who already has an account cannot be referred.

What you earn

You earn 1 hour of bonus File Cleanup time for each friend whose first payment is for Pro, and 3 hours for each friend whose first payment is for Creator.

The reward is granted when your friend makes their first real payment for a plan. Starting a free trial does not count, because nothing is charged; if your friend starts a Creator trial, the reward is granted when the trial ends and the first charge goes through. Creator overage charges never count.

You earn one reward per friend. If your friend later upgrades from Pro to Creator, that does not add a second reward.

Yearly cap

You can earn up to 12 hours of bonus time in any rolling 12-month period. If a reward would take you past the cap, you get the part that still fits. A friend who subscribes while you are at the cap still counts in your stats but does not earn bonus time; once older rewards are more than 12 months old, new friends earn rewards again.

How bonus time works

Bonus time never expires. It is added on top of whatever plan you have, whether that is Free, Pro, Creator or a trial, and it stays in your account if you change plans.

Bonus time is used for File Cleanup, the recorded audio and video cleaning in your browser. It does not pay for live calls or for API and AI-agent cleanups.

When you clean a file, your plan’s own time for the month (or your trial’s time) is used first, then your bonus time. If you are on Creator and have turned on overage, overage only pays for what your plan and your bonus time cannot cover.

Bonus time has no cash value. It cannot be transferred to another account, sold, or exchanged for a plan, a discount or money.

What your friend gets

Your friend gets the same sign-up offer as everyone: a free 7-day Pro trial with no card, which starts after their first successful use of the desktop app, and then the Free plan unless they choose to subscribe. There is no extra perk for joining through an invite link.

Fair use

Referring yourself is not allowed, including through a second account, and neither are fake or duplicate accounts. Each friend can earn you one reward.

We review referrals and may reject one that looks like self-referral or abuse. When a referral is rejected, or your friend’s qualifying payment is refunded or disputed, the bonus time it earned is removed from your balance. If you have already used some of it, we remove only what is left and never charge you for the rest.

We may change or end the referral program at any time. Bonus time you have already earned and not used stays in your account.

Rewards earned before October 26, 2026

Before October 26, 2026, a referral earned a free month of Pro or an account credit instead of bonus time. Rewards granted under those terms are honoured until they run out.
