Kleervox Referral Program: Earn Free File Cleanup Hours
The Kleervox referral program rewards you with free File Cleanup time every time a friend you invite becomes a subscriber. Share your personal referral link, and Kleervox handles the rest — your bonus hours are added to your account automatically and never expire.
How the Kleervox referral program works
- Sign in to Kleervox.
- Open Refer a friend in your dashboard or the desktop app and copy your personal referral link.
- Send the link to a friend who wants cleaner, clearer calls and recordings.
- Your friend creates a new Kleervox account through your link.
- When your friend subscribes and completes their first real payment, you earn bonus File Cleanup time.
What you earn
The reward depends on the plan your friend chooses:
| Your friend subscribes to | You earn |
|---|---|
| Pro | 1 hour of File Cleanup |
| Creator | 3 hours of File Cleanup |
You can earn up to 12 hours of bonus time in any 12 months. Each friend earns you one reward — if they start on Pro and later move to Creator, the reward stays at the one you already received.
A free trial on its own doesn’t count. If your friend starts a Creator free trial, your reward is added when the trial turns into their first paid month.
How your bonus hours work
Bonus hours are added on top of your current plan, whether you are on Free, Pro or Creator:
- They never expire. Use them this week or next year — it’s up to you.
- Your plan’s own time is used first. Bonus hours kick in when your monthly File Cleanup time runs out, so you can keep cleaning instead of waiting for your time to reset.
- They work in File Cleanup in your browser — clean recorded audio and video files from your dashboard. Your files never leave your device.
- On Creator, bonus hours are used before any per-minute overage, so they save you money too.
You can see your bonus balance on your referral card and in File Cleanup.
What your friend gets
Your friend signs up like any new user and gets the standard free Kleervox Pro trial — no card needed. It starts after their first successful use of the desktop app, so setup never eats into their trial.
Kleervox referral program rules
- The referral must be for a new Kleervox account. Self-referrals and fake accounts don’t qualify.
- Signing up alone doesn’t earn a reward — your friend has to complete a real subscription payment.
- If that payment is refunded or disputed, or a referral is found to break these rules, the bonus time it earned is removed from your balance.
- Bonus hours have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged for a plan.
- Rewards earned under the earlier referral program (a free Pro month or bill credit) are still honoured until they run out.

Share your referral link
Open Kleervox, copy your personal referral link, and send it to someone who deserves cleaner calls. Every friend who subscribes earns you more free File Cleanup time — and it never runs out.
